We recognised the importance of how the customer interacts with the store format and the furniture on display. So, our design solution evolved from the comfort station concept, enabling us to showcase beds and bedroom furniture and increase the opportunity for browsing, testing, and ultimately buying.
By displaying a great value product in a high quality interior ensures it appears to be even better value!
It's a winning approach that's helped boost business for Bensons, with a reported trading increase of between 24% and 56% attributed to the new stores.
