Should we need to pass on your details, submitted by you to us through a newsletter sign up or enquiry form, to a third party for any other reason, you will receive written notification of this prior (via email) and will be required to accept or deny the sharing of your information.

We will keep your data for up to 2 years after last communication, due to many projects running for a number of years.

Who has access to your personal Data
By submitting your details through the website or by communicating your personal information over the phone you are giving permission for individual staff members of John Evans Interior Architecture and Design and je+1 to have access to all your personal information.
However, the access of this information will be restricted to the members of staff dealing with the project.

Sale of business
If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
