We’re a team of Interior Designers and Interior Architects, Furniture Designers, Lighting Designers and Architectural Technicians. We combine our expertise to deliver projects from Concept to Completion.
Our skills allow us to not only create conceptual designs but also ensure they’re implemented exactly as expected through our attention to detail. We’re able to produce packages of drawings for use during an installation and technical drawings for manufacturers, Shop Fitters and specialist Contractors. Every part of the detail needed for your project is provided by us, and will include information such as build specifications, Electrical requirements, Ceiling Designs, Lighting Designs and specifications, a complete Material or Finishes specification and a comprehensive set of drawings for all fixtures.
Architectural Services
We understand in many cases alongside all of the technical information for your installation, there can also be approvals needed from others such as Landlords, Local Authorities and Planners.
As part of our service, our Architectural Technologists and Technicians are able to ensure all guidelines, regulations, compliances and requirements are met prior to any installations being carried out, and submit any applications needed on your behalf.
The Health and Safety of any installer, colleague or customer is very important to us and while we take every step to ensure this, we can also act as Principle Designers for any project. In most cases, a Principle Designer would need to be appointed for your project to handle Pre-Construction Health & Safety as part of the Construction & Design Management Regulations.
Architectural Services
Project Coordination
Whilst all of the Design and Development, Approvals and Regulations are coordinated by us, we’re also very experienced in managing your project throughout the installation process.
We can recommend Contractors, Shop Fitters and Specialists for any part of your project and obtain costs on your behalf, making sure everything is delivered within specific parameters. Construction and Installations can be complex and once a Contractor or Contractor Team is appointed, we’re able to lead the project, coordinate installations and manage the process on-site through to successful completion.
Visual Merchandising
Whether it’s following your initial Shop-Fit or during seasonal or promotional range changes, our team can also assist with the Visual Merchandising of your Retail or Brand Space.
From the combination of your product and the retail environment; we can also curate your displays, sourcing the perfect accessorisation required, and bring your space to life. Throughout all of our work, we have a meticulous eye for detail and can ensure your product is presented in the very best way for your customer, positively impacting your sales.
Where we’ve built long-standing relationships with our clients, we’re also experienced in providing Visual Merchandising Guides and Training for staff allowing brands to maintain the best display standards.
